Have a Face to Face visit with a Sleep Doctor in the comfort of your own home

Western Sleep Medicine is dedicated to making sleep tests available to everyone. This includes the requirement to go to a doctor’s office for consultation before and after your sleep test.

Doctors and patients can connect via telemedicine. This process is simple and more efficient. It enables doctors to provide care for their patients remotely.

Benefits of Telemedicine

Convenience: No travel required. You can do this from your home, office or anywhere

Safety: No exposure to contagious diseases from sick patients

Simplicity: Easy instructions for connecting with your doctor

Versatility: You can access telemedicine on many platforms

Affordability: Reduced cost, covered by most insurance plans and competitive self-pay pricing

What Patients Should Expect with Telemedicine

Pre-Sleep Test Telemedicine Consult

You need to consult with a sleep professional before receiving their sleep test. Your consultation with a sleep physician will include:

  1. Screening for sleep apnea and snoring
  2. Education on signs and symptoms of sleep apnea
  3. Referral for sleep testing for at-risk patients

Post-Sleep Test Telemedicine Consult

After your sleep test, our sleep physician will schedule a consultation with you to:

  1. Review your sleep test data
  2. Provide your diagnosis
  3. Discuss your therapeutic options

Once you have completed your home sleep test and post-test telemedicine visit, referral can be made to your Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider or dental specialist of choice.

Don’t live with the uncertainty of an undiagnosed sleep disorder. Schedule your initial consultation with Sweet Dreams Sleep Services today!
